PROBLEMS LISTENING TO THE SHOW?
Question: I am not available to listen to your internet talk show at the time you are live. Can I listen to it later?
Answer: Come back to this page and look for the link to the show. Click the link and you will be able to listen to the archived show. If you have problems follow the additional instructions below.
Question: I can't figure out how to listen to your show on the radio. How do I listen to it?
Answer: This is NOT a radio show. It is an Internet show and can only be listened to from a computer. You have to come to this page and click the LISTEN LIVE button to listen to the show.
Question: While I was listening to the show the sound stopped. What happened?
Answer: Your computer is downloading the show from the Internet. Sometimes there are interruptions and the downloading stops. If the show stops for several seconds just click the LISTEN LIVE button again and the show will resume.
Question: Why is it when I click the listen live button I hear music and not your show?
Answer: My show airs just like a radio show. It is live when I am in the studio and then saved for you to listen to later. Music is played between shows.
Question: I clicked on Listen Live but it doesn't work. Why?
Answer: You probably do not have a program that allows you to listen to the show. You can follow the instructions below to get Windows Media Player 10.
Question: I keep clicking on Listen Live but it takes forever to load. Why?
Answer: You only have to click the button once. If you have several things running it may take a few seconds to start playing on your computer. Click the LISTEN LIVE button ONCE above, take a few breaths and the show will start. If it doesn't start then you need to check to see if you have a media player installed on your computer and if not follow the instructions below to install the Microsoft Media Player 10
Question: My player says "buffering" and comes and goes. Why is that?
Answer: If you are having connection or buffering problems, check your internet connection speed, if possible. Slow connect speeds and unstable/old dial-up modems can cause the audio to "never" play or constantly buffer. If you are using a dial-up connection (modem), you will usually get varying connection speeds. Often, the speed is much faster than your 56k modem is capable of producing. We recommend calling your Internet Service Provider to inquire about alternate dial-in numbers, or upgrading to high speed internet access when/if possible.
Question: Is there a Media Player for the MAC?
Answer: Yes follow the instructions below and install the player from Microsoft.

Answer:
